Installing Captain Cooks Casino on your computer is easy. A) To connect to Captain Cooks Casino, you must first establish a connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) e.g. AOL, Compuserve, Prodigy, AT&T, MCI, Sprint or your local ISP.
- You will be required to enter your user name and password as explained below. If you have not yet received your account information via e-mail from us, please complete the Play For Real Money form seen on your screen after opening the Casino software.
If you have already submitted the registration form and have not received the account information on your e-mail within 10 minutes, there may have been a problem with the transmission. You can try to re-submit another form, but if this fails, please e-mail us at admin@captaincookscasino.com and advise us of the problem and we will send you a user name and password by e-mail the following day. - Now, click on your Windows Start button, go to Programs, and click Captain Cooks Casino. At this point, the Captain Cooks Casino billboard will appear and the software will open.
- Click on "Connect", and the start up dialog box will then appear. Enter your user name and password in lower case letters (not capitals).
- Click "OK" or "Login" to connect. The log in dialog box will appear and go through a series of automatic log-in procedures. If you are successful, a log-in dialog box will appear, to reflect the latest credit balance in your account
Click "OK". - Select any game you want to play by clicking on the game.
- To select another game, Click the "Games" button and make your next selection.
Q) What if I cannot successfully submit the registration form?
A) There are a number of things that could be the problem. Some of the more common problems are:
- The information fields were not correctly filled in. If certain fields are not filled in, then please fill in the missing information and try again.
- When entering your e-mail address, make sure it is completely filled out e.g. joe123@aol.com
- Try refreshing or re-loading the page and try to submit again.
- There are a number of other problems that may be responsible.

Q) Is it really FREE?
A) Yes! All the software downloads are FREE for all guest users and real players. If playing as a Guest Player and your balance drops to zero, or if you would like to purchase additional credits, you can do so for FREE anytime you please.
